Bread Dosa in 5 Minutes | Breakfast Recipe

Ingredients:



  • 4 - 5 bread slices 

  • 1/2 cup water 

  • 1 cup mixed bell pepper 

  • 1/2 cup onion 

  • 2 tbsp coriander 

  • 1 green chilli 

  • 4 tbsp cheddar cheese 

  • Salt to taste 

  • Pepper to taste 

  • 3 eggs 

  • Oil     



Method:   



  1. Break the bread into small pieces. 

  2. Add water and mash the bread to a fine paste. 

  3. Add bell pepper, onion, coriander, chilli, cheddar cheese, salt, pepper,  and eggs to a large bowl.  

  4. Mix all the dry ingredients well.  

  5. Now, add bread paste, and mix well.  

  6. Heat up a nonstick pan and reduce the heat to low.  

  7. Pour the batter with a spoon and gently spread the batter to a thick pancake.

  8. Increase the heat and cook that on medium heat.  

  9. Drizzle some oil on the top and cover and cook for a minute or until the base is golden.  

  10. When the base becomes golden and crisp, gently flip and cook the other side for a minute or until done.
